I just found your comment on my Flickr account. The coins were made for a Oregon Baha'i Schools Committee youth program that happened this summer. I didn't work with the coin company at all, but merely sent my finished design to the Committee, and then they forwarded it on to the coin minting facility. I have no idea how it works, to be honest.
